This cold snap means it's going to be difficult to make a flying start to making a 10% reduction in home gas and electricity usage, but we'll give it a really good go.
In fact, we've had snow so bad here that I got stuck in my car and couldn't get home on tuesday night. Had to stay with a friend for the night about halfway home (which was lucky). I still haven't been able to get the car home, as the next day the roads leading home were still blocked, so I drove back to work on the main roads and got the train home.
Brrrrrrrrr. Must go and put an extra jumper on......
